This 6-week course meets every Friday for a relaxed 60-minute session, giving you and your baby a calm space to explore gentle movement, connection and relaxation together.

Explore simple, gentle movement and stretching techniques designed to help support your baby’s comfort, body awareness and relaxation.

☕ 30 minutes social time

Enjoy tea, coffee and treats while chatting with other parents in a warm, relaxed space.

Each week gently builds confidence as you and your baby explore movement and calming routines that support comfort, relaxation and early physical awareness.

Who This Course Is For

Our Baby Yoga course is a lovely way to build on the connection and relaxation explored in our Baby Massage courses.

You’ll learn gentle, playful baby yoga-inspired movement using music, simple postures and nurturing interaction to help support your baby’s comfort and early physical development.

These sessions are a wonderful way to bond with your baby while encouraging natural movement, sensory stimulation and confidence as your baby grows.

This course is suitable from birth and is perfect for new parents or anyone wanting a relaxed, friendly space to explore baby yoga.

Meet Your Instructor

Your course is led by Sandra Pearce, founder of Northcote Baby.

Sandra is a member of the International Association of Infant Massage and a qualified Birthlight Baby Yoga Instructor.

Alongside her professional training, she brings personal parenting experience, creating a warm, supportive space where parents feel relaxed and confident learning with their baby.
