Designed especially for babies from 3 months up to crawling, each class is a fun and dynamic way to further bond with your baby. Come and learn how to do ‘Cartwheels’ and ‘Loop the Loops’ while enjoying some songs. The smiles and giggles from your baby are guaranteed in these classes!
Courses are taught on Webbs Road, Battersea SW11 6SD and in Dulwich at The Plough Bar on Lordship Lane.
30 minutes guided baby yoga-inspired movement
Explore simple, gentle movement and stretching techniques designed to help support your baby’s comfort, body awareness and relaxation.
30 minutes of cosy social time
Enjoy tea, coffee, treats and friendly chats with other parents while babies lounge, play or simply soak up the calm.

Fun and dynamic ‘Baby Yoga’ moves followed by calming exercises can help support relaxation and more settled sleep. Great for daytime naps.
